We welcome Spy Ninjas of every age, size and background to enjoy this amazing, action-packed adventure park, and it is our mission to ensure that every Spy Ninja at HQ has a safe and positive experience. That’s why our incredible Secret Agent staff is here to make sure that the important rules and codes of conduct are adhered to at all times. Spy Ninjas HQ safety and conduct policies are as follows:

• Law-abiding ninjas only! No illegal activities of any kind at Spy Ninjas HQ.
• Spy Ninjas are Safety Ninjas! No activities that endanger anyone at the park.
• No outside weapons of any kind. Even ninja weapons!
• No smoking or vaping inside HQ. Spy Ninjas HQ is a non-smoking facility.
• No violence or threats of violence at Spy Ninjas HQ. It is not the Spy Ninja way!
• No conduct that disrupts the happy fun adventure vibes at Spy Ninjas HQ.
• Loitering will not be tolerated at Spy Ninjas HQ.
• Always show respect to others through speech and actions at all times.
• Follow all HQ rules, restrictions and limitations regarding age, weight and capacity.
• Do not bring in pets, unless they are service animals.
• No soliciting at Spy Ninjas HQ.
• No pushing, shoving, rough housing or physical contact with other Spy Ninjas.
• Always wait your turn on any game or attraction at Spy Ninjas HQ.
• Never block any walkways or fire exits at HQ.
• For Spy Ninjas 21 and older: no overconsumption of alcohol or excessive intoxication.
• No removal of beverages from designated areas.

Spy Ninjas HQ reserves the right to modify, repeal or replace these policies at any time, as well as the right to refuse service to or ban any guests who do not comply with our rules
