We're excited to partner with community heroes like you to help make a positive impact! Raise funds the FUN way with a 25% GIVE BACK on Action and Adventure Passes.
Here's how our Fundraising Program works:
25% of event sales given back to your cause: When your supporters attend your event, a full 25% of their Action and Adventure Pass purchases go right back to your group.
Easy to apply: We'll walk you through the process and get your fundraiser started fast.
Easy to promote: We provide ready-to-customize flyers and digital graphics to help you share your event online and in your community.
We work with a variety of awesome groups and organizations. Here are some of our favorite fundraising partners:
- K–12 Schools (PTAs/PTOs, STEM or Robotics Clubs, Graduation Committees)
- University Groups (Gaming Clubs, Esports Teams, Student Radio, Greek Life)
- Youth Sports Teams (Soccer, Basketball, Cheer, and more)
- Libraries and Community Centers
- Nonprofits (Animal Shelters, Environmental Programs, Local Charities)
- STEM & Creative Learning Groups (Coding Clubs, Maker Spaces, Science Teams)

Application Timeline
Please submit your request at least two weeks before your desired event date. This allows us time to prepare your fundraiser materials and gives you time to spread the word to your supporters!
Fundraiser Requirements
To make sure your purchases count toward your fundraiser, your supporters must do one of the following:
- Show a physical or digital flyer (on their phone or other device) when purchasing onsite
- Use your group's unique fundraiser code when purchasing online
Note:
- Purchases for passes for days other than your event's scheduled day will not count toward your total.
- Promoting your event onsite is prohibited.
- Your funds will be distributed as either a donation or a revenue share, depending on your organization's tax status.
Eligibility
Before applying, make sure your fundraiser fits our mission. We love supporting community-driven, educational, and youth-oriented causes, but we can't support certain types of requests.
We're not able to host fundraisers for:
- Individual causes (e.g., personal medical expenses or travel costs)
- For-profit businesses or startups
- Religious organizations for religious purposes
- Political or lobbying groups
- Individual study, research, or travel grants
- Or anything else that just doesn't align with our mission to support community and learning
