How long is the commitment?
No minimum commitment. Memberships renew monthly and you can cancel anytime — your benefits stay active through the end of your current paid billing period.
Do unused monthly perks roll over?
No — monthly inclusions like Adventure Pass visits, free socks and arcade credits are use-it-or-lose-it and reset on the 1st of each month.
Why is Agent limited to certain days?
The Agent tier is our entry-level clearance and is valid Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday only — Tuesdays and weekends are excluded. Upgrade to Operative or above for full weekday-plus-weekend access.
Is my membership transferable?
Memberships are non-transferable and valid for the named member only. Photo ID may be required at check-in.
Is there an age requirement to join?
No — Spy Ninjas HQ memberships are open to all ages.
